Frequently Asked Questions
What scale are your miniatures?
All of our pieces are in 1:12 scale – 1 inch equals 1 foot in real life – which is the standard for most dollhouses and miniature displays.
What material are your pieces made from?
We use white PLA (a plant-based plastic) for all our prints. It's lightweight, detailed, and ideal for painting and finishing.
Are your items made to order?
Not always. Some items are kept in stock and ready to ship, while others may be printed upon purchase.
Are your items painted or finished?
No – all pieces are shipped unfinished in white PLA. They're ready for you to prime, paint, or customize however you like.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to the delicate nature of our products and limited inventory, all sales are final. Please review measurements and details carefully before purchasing.
Can I request a custom design?
At this time, we don't offer custom design services. All available pieces are listed in our shop. However, we're always open to hearing suggestions for future designs.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 3 days with clear photos of the packaging and item. We'll do our best to make it right.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. You'll receive tracking info once your package is on its way.
Can I sand, glue, or modify the pieces?
Yes! PLA can be sanded lightly and works well with most hobby adhesives.
Will I see layer lines or texture from 3D printing?
We use the finest printing nozzle to prevent noticeable layer lines. Keep in mind that layer lines and surface texture are typical with PLA printing. Light sanding and priming are recommended if you want a completely smooth finish.
Are your miniatures suitable for children?
Our items are intended for collectors and hobbyists. They are not toys and may contain small or fragile parts not suitable for children.
