I’m Taylor (right), the artist behind House of Viridian. Originally from Iowa, I moved to New York City nearly a decade ago to pursue an MFA in Painting – and eventually found my way back to the magic that first sparked my creativity: miniatures.

In 2023, my husband Josh (left – creative genius, collaborator, and ultimate support system) surprised me with a dollhouse kit and all the tools to get started. The rest is history.

Sharing my work online connected me with a thoughtful community of fellow makers, and House of Viridian grew from there – a focused space to develop and share my work in miniatures. If you’re drawn to moody colors, historic architecture, and detailed craftsmanship, you’re in good company.
